CONSULTINGOPTIONS
We believe that all five steps in the Data-Driven Marketing process are important to success, and in short they are (for a more detailed description, click on each service):
- Strategy and Plan
- Data Acquisition, Database Development and Management
- Analytics and Market Segmentation
- Data Usage and Campaign Planning
- Results Analysis, Measurement
and Reporting
We offer two consulting options. Once the approach is determined, a proposal will be generated addressing the defined assignment:
OUR CONSULTING SERVICES
B2BMarketing.com's consulting services start with an in-depth conversation to listen and learn about your situation and needs – nothing new here. Typically this begins with hearing about your overall business and marketing strategies to properly understand the role that Data-Driven Marketing could play in achieving your business goals and objectives.
Once we understand these, a detailed conversation is appropriate, diving into the current state of your data and database usage. Only then can we determine if applying our consulting expertise and process will be of mutual value. At times, we decline consulting assignments, as they fall outside of our range of expertise. As an example, we are not an agency and do not offer creative services even though the data can drive the creative process.

OPTION 1
Some organizations have one or more of these steps well in-hand, and consulting is appropriate only for the other steps. We are more than willing to tackle each of these steps individually based on our understanding that others do not need improvement. This is a mutual decision, as the five step process is only as strong as its weakest link.
OPTION 2
On the other hand, many B2B firms are starting down the path of the Data-Driven Marketing, and require guidance and recommendations on the complete five-step process. This represents the majority of our consulting assignments, as it insures a fully functional and results-oriented deliverable.
