Manifesto
B2B marketers deserve better.
Better learning. Better conversations. Better careers. Better lives.
The phrase “B2B marketing” took off in the mid-90s, but the craft of helping one business choose another has always existed.
This is not a new industry.
And it is not B2C’s little sibling.
It stands on its own two feet.
But too much of what surrounds it does not.
Too many events put profit before marketers.
Too many stages are built for sponsors, not substance.
Too many voices are repeated.
Too many forums are priced for big budgets, not the people doing the work.
Too much training is so expensive that job seekers and small teams are locked out. That is not fair.
b2bmarketing.com exists to call time on that.
We already know what to do.
We’re here to help each other do it better.
We’re building a place where honesty beats hype, where humour and substance coexist, and where real marketers are heard.
A place where you leave smarter, not sold to.
Where real questions get real answers from people who’ve done the job.
This is where our profession grows up.
